FORCE
From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing,
and forceful men lay hold of it......He who has ears, let him hear.   - Mt. 11: 12-15

F.        FAITH
Who?                 We must live by faith.

Faith is the unquestionable belief, trust, and confidence in God and His Word.

~        The righteous shall live by faith.  –Heb. 2:4, Rom. 1:17 (NIV

~        Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.  –Rom. 10:17 (NIV

~        And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he
rewards those who earnestly seek him.  – Heb. 11:6
(NIV

O.        OBEDIENCE
What?                We must walk in obedience to the Word.

~        And this is love:  that we walk in obedience to his commands.  As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that
you
walk in love.  –2 John 1:6 (NIV

~        This is love for God:  to obey his commands.  And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes
the world.  This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.  Who is it that overcomes the world?  Only he
who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.  –1 John 5:3
(NIV

~        Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach . . . No, the word is very near you;
it is in your
mouth and in your heart so you may obey it.  –Dt. 30:11,14 (NIV

R.        REPENTANCE
                    How?                   We must repent.
We must acknowledge our sin, turn from it, confess with  our mouth, and repent with our whole

heart.

~        Remember, therefore what you have received and heard; obey it, and repent.  But if you do not wake up, I will come like a
thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.  –Rev. 3:3
(NIV

~        Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline.  So be earnest, and repent.  Here I am!  I stand at the door and knock.  If
anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.  –Rev. 3:19-20
(NIV

C.        CHOICE
Why?                 We must choose this day whom we are going to serve.
We must choose and decide with all our heart, mind, body, spirit, soul, and strength to obey God
                                                                             and His word.

~        Choose you this day whom you are going to serve.  – Jos. 24:15 (NIV

~        See I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse – the blessing if you obey the commands of the Lord your God that
I am giving you today; the curse if you
disobey the commands of the Lord your God and turn away from the way that I
command you today…  -Dt. 11:26
(NIV

~        This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses.
Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice,
and hold fast to him.  For the Lord is your life… - Dt. 30:19-20
(NIV

~        See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction.  For I command you today to love the Lord your
God, to walk in his ways and keep his commands, decrees and law; then you will live and increase, and the lord your
God will bless you in the land you are entering to possess.  –Dt. 30:15-16
(NIV

E.        EVERY
When?     Where?                Everyday and in everything.

~        Be careful to follow every command I am giving you today, so that you may live and increase and may enter and posses the
land that the Lord promised on oath to your forefathers.  –Dt. 8:1
(NIV

~        Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and
after you have done
everything, to stand.  Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the
breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
In addition to all this, take up the
shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
Take the helmet of
salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.    -Eph. 6:13-18 (NIV

~        So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.  –Mt. 7:12

~
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways,
and He will direct your paths. -Pr. 3:5
(NIV
